Opera Just Launched Its New Free VPN
The Opera browser for desktop has a free VPN service since 2016, and soon, the same resource will be released in the browser version for Android as well. As now can test this feature in the Opera Beta which is available in the Google Play Store. Basically, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) covers the IP of your device using the address of a server, making the connection appear to originate elsewhere. Hence, this connection is encrypted, the VPN simply helps to protect your data, which is an advantageous feature when you access a public Wi-Fi network. It is not yet possible to use VPN mode in the final version of Opera for Android. For now, the feature only appears in the beta version of the browser, but if you want to use then in beta version you must enable it in the settings.

However, currently, there is no plan for making the feature available in the final version of the browser.
